According to the latest Millennium Development Goals report, nearly 4 million children under the age of five die each year in sub-Saharan Africa (16,000 deaths per day) of easily preventable diseases and disorders (diarrhoea, respiratory infections, measles …) for which there are treatments. According to a study carried out in Cameroon, the high death rate is due to the plural therapeutic routes followed by the parents when the child falls ill. BabyCare is a mobile TV platform for children under 5 years of age. The idea is to offer to anyone who is likely to have custody of a child a platform of several paediatric services that can help the child to rescue his child when he presents signs of disease before taking him to the hospital. And those graces to an artificial intelligence algorithm inspired by the integrated management of childhood diseases.
