AYA UMA Authentic travel experiences in complete freedom

Did you know that 43% of the rural population of Ecuador lives in a state of isolation that does not allow them to have access to decent work?
To stop this, we created AYA UMA, a bridge that connects tourists to local communities to develop authentic experiences through participatory processes. for each package sold we guarantee that 70% of the incomes goes straight to the communities. We believe in the power of the solidarity-based economy in favor of sustainable development, which is why we contribute to the resilience of vulnerable groups and the empowerment of rural women, improving considerably the income of the actors involved.
In these 2 years of work, we have come to involve 13 communities through training and workshops, with 26 tour packages offered on our multilateral platform.
We intend to grow significantly with our business throughout Latin America and develop through the creation of inclusive business with scalar growth.
