Agronome Africa Better Data. Better Agriculture.

Agronome has developed a platform that provides custom crop, weather and market information to smallholder farmers at scale for data-driven decision-making for improved agricultural production and productivity.

We are undertaking this through an end-to-end platform consisting of a web app, text and short code service that not only disseminates information tailored to smallholder farmers but aggregates individual farming information and domain local knowledge for better advisory information within farming communities.

The feedback loop facilitates an expansive communication platform that improves the accessibility of decision support by extension workers to remote smallholder farming households and provides a digital solution that complements their hands-on practices of advising, training, monitoring and evaluating farmers on the best farming practices.
