Our enterprise gathers more than 20 families from rural areas as subcontractors. We have one full-time employee in the management, in charge of the overall functioning of the enterprise. We have external experts in charge of managing the technological process of food production and bookkeeping. Furthermore, the process of packing of our products is outsourced to the local work integration enterprise.
