Senegal imports more than 50 billion milk powder. So we invested in the production of cow’s milk. Today we have a herd of more than 30 cows that supply milk, which is then processed into fermented and pasteurized milk. We also work with local breeders in collecting and transforming their milk. Our solution is innovative because we propose a rare product that is fermented milk, made from the real cow’s milk and not milk powder like our competitors. With the dairy we are building, our production volumes will increase from 1000 liters per week to 3000 litres per day, thus collecting more local farmers but also diversifying our products.
