Our Hass Avocado farm utilizes modern farming techniques such as solar-powered drip irrigation and water pumping systems to improve resource efficiency and sustainability. Such irrigation systems allow us to produce all year-round and sustain green and fertile farmland. We are also transforming rural communities and empowering women through inclusive employment. We have over 100 daily workers, among which 70% are young women below 35 years of age.
