A sole Organization
As a start up organization with little capital is currently manage and control by the Founder and Chief Executive Officer; Aiah Allieu to manage cost in running the Administration and involve every amount received as capital directly into the Agriculture Activity. The Founder and Chief Executive Officer is an active 27 years old graduate with a Bachelor degree Honours in Applied Accounting at the University of Sierra Leone that has a good knowledge in running an administration and managing cost.
He works directly with the people under his own management system to ensure maximum contribution from the people and capital put into Agriculture Activity.
However, he determined for growth for the organization and the work in the Agriculture sector, therefore, with expectation of good return from activities and funding aim to have an organization administration that can work in line with organization vision, mission, and objective.
