Agri Innovation Hub is an innovative enterprise focused on transforming Kenya’s potato value chain through sustainable and streamlined operations.Our operations are anchored in Narok County, where we run a fully functional aggregation center and a 2-acre demonstration farm. Our operations begin at the farmer level through a structured onboarding process led by trained external field officers. Then they are trained at our 2-acre demonstration farm that serves a practical learning space that builds farmer capacity and ensures the sustainability of the value chain.This work is made possible through strong collaboration with strategic partners, including, Irrihub (for efficient irrigation systems), Agrico PSA (for quality seed access), and Equity (for farmer-friendly financing solutions).Once harvested, the potatoes are collected and delivered to our aggregation center in Narok, where we conduct sorting and grading the =n transported to our formal markets.
