A way of ensuring transparency in the electoral processes is to have observers and monitors being part of process without interference of the protocol on Democracy and Good Governance.
Election can be democracy, development, human right and security. For this reason, promoting and protecting the integrity of elections is critical important. Election observation is recognized as an effective instrument to achieve these goals, especially in terms of following up demands and recommendations for democratic reform in the post-election period.
