African Sun Energy Helping the UnBanked access new clean energy services

The business focus is to displace the current use of fossil fuel gen-sets used by 90% of the 34,800 registered Agricultural borehole users in Botswana. To do this we have developed new technology partnerships and developed new value-added services utilizing the technology features we have developed. By removing CAPEX issues with the introduction of a new Climate-Smart loan scheme in partnership with a well-established bank, we expect to reach a wider market to increase the adoption of the technology by the target end-user.
