Over 400,000 accountants across four East African countries are in need of further industry relevant training. 63% of university graduates were found to lack job market skills in Uganda, 61% in Tanzania, 52% in Rwanda, and 51% in Kenya.
The training needs to be localized, effective, and at a low enough cost to reach these accountants and aspiring accountants. There is currently NO solution available to upskill these accountants and match them with employers. Further tertiary education is NOT the solution.
Our innovative training program bridges the gap between a university education and the skills required to enter the labour market.
