At Advanced Engineering Centre (AEC), we recycle and convert waste metals into raw materials, tools, and equipment for Nigerian manufacturers using CAD and CAM technologies. CAD/CAM uses software to design different kinds of products and control and automate manufacturing processes.
These processes enable us to fabricate high-quality products that meet global standards and provide a superior local substitute for importation while reducing production costs for Nigerian industries. Our products include metal blocks (raw materials) for industries, molds for plastic products like bottled water and drinks, soles for footwear production, hangers, etc. We also fabricate auto parts, machine parts, and CPAP devices used in intensive care units of hospitals. Metal recycling significantly reduces our production costs while saving the environment and creating employment for many young Nigerians.
