This paper contains the results obtained in the research on the valuation of the knowledge available among students of the agricultural career of the UTSMA, in issues of Gender, Sustainable Development and Agri-Food Policies. It also shows the performance of the hydroponic system, for protected agricultural production, demonstrating a high degree of efficiency in water optimization. The methodology used was: the creation of scenarios, which allowed us to have a guideline aimed at sustainable production, achieving the transfer of knowledge. We integrated a logbook that allowed to quantify data and indicators of the hydroponics system by measuring its impact and efficiency, resulting in quantitative and qualitative elements for the use and management of the system.
