Team
The Core Members of my team, consists of the two founders, one founder is the marketing and sales team, target analysis, his team consist of the sales drivers, both offline and social media sales team. while the other founder is in charge of product design, budgeting, costing, profitability and sales analysis. The second team consist of product management, product analytics, product sampling and quality control team.
Each team supports and works together to achieve the common goal of the team.
