Karisani IT a software development house based in Cape Town with local and international clients. Karisan IT has developed many systems and apps for global companies including ESPN.Portia has been profiled by Forbes Woman Africa and listed as a young independent business leader and game changer on The Young Independent’s Mzansi 100. She is currently a judge on Inspiring Fifty, a show recognizing women in technology and innovation. She also created the Gift Of The Givers mobile site which allows donors to donate and track their donations through the mobile site. Portia worked for for Metropolitan Health before she embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey.
