We offer eight hours per month of 1-on-1 business advisory specifically tailored to address each entrepreneurs’ needs. Thanks to donations, our services are heavily subsidized, allowing entrepreneurs to access this consulting service at less than a tenth of the actual cost.

Our business development experts undertake an assessment of each enterprise using Ongoza’s business diagnostic tool to determine the business’s unique needs and opportunities.

Business Growth Plan

Together with our business development experts, entrepreneurs develop a plan for expansion that leverages those unique opportunities and fills the gaps.

Business Workshops

We support each cohort with a series of workshops on business fundamentals that incorporate peer learning opportunities and practical problem-solving.

Strategic Business Advisory

Our business development experts provide eight hours/month of weekly business coaching and advisory services to carry out the growth plan and address emerging issues.

Capital Access

After three months of engagement, our entrepreneurs become eligible for debt financing with below-market-rate interest through an exclusive partnership with Key Partners Ltd.

Networks & Linkages

We host events to connect our entrepreneurs to a network of peers, technical experts, potential clients and other ecosystem players to continue growing their businesses.
