1. Marketplace model: how to best balance supply and demand
How to increase conversion from registered users to actual ordering (close gap) whilst increasing recurring customer % at the same time.
2. Partnerships: big brand (international food chains) signups are emerging but needs acceleration
3. Funding: strategy completion for both Egypt and UAE planned market entry

We are looking for mentorship related to improving our marketing funnel on the demand side and strengthening our B2B partnering network and tactics on the supply side. The mentor ideally has experience and network in F&B and (groceries) delivery app experience.
Lastly, expanding our network with Angel Investors inside and outside the MENA Region with advice on what kind of strategy works best for our stage.
