Kenyan ed-tech company looking for a marketing and branding strategy mentor
Marketing: Our growth will be determined by the number of clients/schools signed up to use our platform. Currently we are reaching our customers on low scale channels of cold calls and networking. We need to change this so as to reach many customers keeping the cost low. As such, we will need networks with high level decision makers in the education sector like the ministries of education and private sector associations across different countries. Branding: We are still having a low market presence. We are keen to build a strong brand.
We’re looking for a mentor that can advise and critic strategies of prioritizing the most cost effective channels with the highest conversion rates. The mentor will also advice on best practices in client relationship management. Through strategic guidance, constructive criticism and introductions to quality networks, the mentors will endeavor to position the company strategically with partner institutions that propel the brand towards the targeted milestones.
