To make sure we have satisfied customers we need to build in a system to manage quality of our services.
1. Customer satisfaction expertise: so we need to help us how we can satisfy our customers for the high quality services we do against other competitors.
2. Service offering: how do we solve this problem by linking high quality of services we offer and affordable price? We experienced that often our customers are not well aware about the benefits of high quality services so they prefer cheap but this comes with low quality. To make sure our target audience better understands our value proposition we require help to be more clear about our service offering.
