Help define the go-to-market strategy for our E commerce startup
The company is a news media company focused on showcasing and selling contemporary Kenyan art.
I am beginning the process of building the E-commerce platform that would create accounts where artists would list their work, and we would filter suitable quality pieces to put up for sale. We would be responsible for marketing the platform and the logistics & payment aspects of the business.
The current challenge involves setting up of a fully operational Ecommerce, the go to market strategy and planning for the business funding in the future.
