Help Define A GoTo Market Sales Strategy – online HR Solution

Problem

We are a HR process automation and training company looking to launch our product fully into the market in January 2017. With an organically developed product from start to finish of any business.
The key problem presently is gaining traction and market acceptance.

We are beginning to give out a few free accounts and hope to give out even more in the coming months as a marketing move while creating a newsletter for reach targeted towards HR & Admin leads in SME to enterprise businesses.

We are a new HR process and training company looking to launch our product January 2017. With an organically developed product from start to finish, we are automating the key HR and Admin functions to allow employees have a Do It Yourself feel while being able to perform functions within and outside the office, give management a single point of truth and help streamline the SME business landscape with tested processes that worked for Fortune 500 companies. I have personally funded the project all this while and in 2016 won the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship seed capital funding with hopes of being funded in the coming week or two (on or before Jan 20th, 2017) to begin the next phase of market entry.
I am looking for a mentor who can help us drive a sales strategy across Nigeria and scale out to Africa as a whole in a B2B market model.
