Seeking go-to-market strategy advice for our Interior Design solution & AR app
Pre-Covid19, our main focus was on our B2B solution, testing and selling subscriptions to furniture stores to have the AR-Showroom experience in store; however, due to most showrooms closing or cutting down expenses during quarantine, we decided to accelerate our B2C solution and hold on the B2B.
Our B2C solution covers interior design services and end-user oriented AR app. The website is already launched and the AR app is getting a new UI/UX before official launch.
Our main problem is accessing the market in a consistent manner and service pricing
We are looking for a mentor who can help us define our go-to-market strategy for the B2C solution covering interior design services and end-user oriented AR. Assistance in the implementation of this strategy and growth hacking techniques would be much appreciated.
