Drones for construction company in Nigeria looking for leadership and back office development advice

Problem

We are a young company that has been operational in Sierra Leone since Jan 2017 and setting up in Nigeria since Jan 2018. We are working for the UN and private sector clients in Sierra Leone and have several prospective clients in Nigeria that we project to close by start of Q3 2018. We need to evolve company processes and culture from that of a startup in one location with basic procedures to a capable multi-national company ready to scale across Africa.

We are looking for advice on strengthening our leadership and corporate policy framework within our organization and developing back office processes robust enough to scale across the African continent.
