While we are gaining a lot of attention and many opportunities in a very short time, we need to adjust internal processes accordingly. Including creating a hierarchy in the team and defining the flow of business processes to avoid losing customers or potential customers.
Furthermore, most potential clients are confused, thinking we are an e-commerce website although we don’t facilitate online purchasing of the supplier’s products. We are a B2B platform connecting all stakeholders, where we see a lot of potential in the sectors of design and architecture industry as opposed to similar B2C approaches.
