Problem

Ghalani is providing supply chain management solutions in the agriculture sector for the value chain actors. We are currently targeting B2B clients (processors, exporters, nucleus farmers, agro-financial institutions). Our main issues are refining our business strategy and business model, and obtaining partners to scale up our product.

Request

We need help in fine-tuning our business strategy and obtaining potential partners who may or may not be in the agricultural sector but are beneficial in the uptake of our solution.
