At the Bolivar Davivienda Foundation we have a Good Government System in harmony with the statutes, through which the functions, nature and reason of each of our corporate governance bodies are defined and identified (Board of Directors, Executive Council, Executive Director and Fiscal Reviewer), assigning the responsibilities and obligations that allow the fulfillment of the foundational goals and the appropriate attention to the needs of the different interest
