In 2020, during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, the Government of Rwanda signed an agreement with the Forum to establish Rwanda C4IR.
Part of a network of 19 centres globally, Rwanda C4IR is shaping the trajectory of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with local knowledge that can empower global change.
Informed by national development priorities, Rwanda has decided to focus its Centre’s work on: data economy and data governance as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
