In this light, Agent of Change Initiatives as concerned citizens have developed a strategic initiative that could drive pro-active and voluntary citizenship participation on issues of managing and monitoring the environment; and also create a system to deliver a sustainable skill acquisition to youths without creating dependency via a ‘Use What We Have to Get What We Want’ approach towards economic empowerment.
